The range is made from super-tough polycarbonate and soft TPE which are:
– unbreakable if the drinkware is properly designed (acrylic and SAN are not),
– Dishwasher safe (acrylic and SAN are not)
– Microwave safe (melamine is not)
Polycarbonate is more expensive and is processed at higher temperatures than acrylic and other alternatives which makes it much more difficult and costly to mould. Other materials compromise performance.

The Poolside, Boating and Camping ranges use the advanced 2 shot moulding process
– which has 2 separate material injections per part
– enabling improved design flexibility, the drinking vessel to be free of die parting lines and the base to have a different colour or be of a different material.
